Todd earned his undergraduate degree from North Carolina State University and his master's degree in photography from Ohio University.
Staff photographer Jeff Adkins joined Journal Communications in July 2007. He was previously a staff photographer at the Knoxville News-Sentinel and The Baton Rouge Advocate newspapers. Jeff also completed an extended internship with the Columbus Dispatch newspaper in Columbus, Ohio upon graduating from the University of Colorado with a degree in advertising.
